#3 Tegan Knox or Tegan Nox?
As already noted, WWE's issues making their return from Saudi Arabia meant that a number of NXT stars were flown in from Florida and only just made the show in time. This meant that a number of stars made their main roster debut, including Rhea Ripley, Matt Riddle, NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler and even Keith Lee.

Welsh star Tegan Nox was also pushed up to the SmackDown brand as a way to send the message to the women's division alongside Rhea Ripley, but it appears that the production team didn't get the memo about her name.

Instead of spelling her name as Tegan Nox, which has been her name since she debuted in NXT, the star with the Shiniest Wizard was called Tegan Knox instead. This is the spelling of former NXT star Hugo Knox's name, but since he was released a few years ago, WWE has allowed Nox to use the name with a different spelling.
Whether this is a hint that her name will change when he's promoted or not remains to be seen, but for right now it looks like another mistake on WWE's part.
