Who attacked Hideo Itami?
Hideo Itami was attacked in the Full Sail parking lot back in 2015 and his attack has been brought up a number of times in recent months because of the similarities between this and Aleister Black's recent assault.

Itami was out of action with a shoulder injury for more than a year after he was attacked and WWE were unable to pick up where they left off in this feud so the WWE Universe never found out who it was. Reports suggested that it was Kevin Owens, but this was never confirmed and as far as NXT fans are aware, the same man could have waited and decided to attack Black as well.
