This week on RAW, AJ Styles turned heel and joined the dark side for the first time in over two years. Styles reunited with his former Club mates, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.

The Phenomenal One first turned heel in 2016, when he attacked John Cena along with Gallows and Anderson. He spent the summer of 2016 chasing the WWE Championship and beating down John Cena along with the Good Brothers.

The Club had a very short stint together in their first run together three years ago. As a trio, they faced Enzo Amore, John Cena, and Big Cass at Battleground 2016, three superstars who are currently away from WWE.

WWE's decision to turn AJ heel is a wise move as it opens a plethora of interesting options for the Phenomenal One. The Club is an exciting group of three superstars who could create havoc on Monday Night RAW, and Smackdown Live with the Wild Card Rule.

We look at five teams who could step up to the newly reunited Club.

#5 Ricochet and the Edgeheads

Could Ricochet bring two new friends to tackle AJ Styles?
Could Ricochet bring two new friends to tackle AJ Styles?

WWE had several backstage segments with Ricochet, AJ Styles, and the Good Brothers throughout the RAW episode, and one of them featured Ricochet interacting with former RAW Tag Team Champions Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins.

Ever since Zack and Curt became the Tag Team Champions at WrestleMania, they were relegated to being after-thoughts on the show, and their abysmal title reign came to a sad end last month at the hands of the Revival.

A team-up with Ricochet could help Ryder and Hawkins become relevant. Ricochet needs some help against the Club, and the Edgeheads could possibly help him out.

This could be a short-lived faction but an interesting one nonetheless.

#4 The Main-Event Muscle Men

EC3, Bobby Roode, and Cesaro appeared to form a new faction on Main Event last week, after which they started to refer themselves as the Main-Event Muscle Men.

All these three superstars are immensely talented and have great potential. This newly formed trio could actually turn up as the first opponents for the Club.

A battle between the two groups could be fun and provide some interesting rivalry on RAW.

#3 The New Day

The New Day and the Good Brothers have a solid history, as they competed for the Tag Team Championship on several occasions.

AJ Styles lost his WWE Championship last year after a year-long reign with the coveted title. He could once again lock horns with Kofi Kingston for the WWE Championship, resulting in a rivalry between New Day and Club leading up to Summerslam.

#2 The Bloodline

Roman Reigns bringing the Usos to fight the Club will be epic

Roman Reigns and the Usos were the first ones to face the wrath of AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson. Gallows and Anderson made their debuts attacking the Usos, and had several confrontations during the spring of 2016.

Roman Reigns faced AJ Styles with the WWE Championship on the line in 2016, and their rivalry produced some exceptional battles between the two immensely talented superstars.

WWE must rekindle the rivalry between both these superstars, and with Usos on Reigns' side and Good Brothers with AJ, we could be in for some high-quality action.

The Bloodline recently teamed up, and WWE teased a full-time union between the real-life cousins. WWE has been desperate to change things to fix the low ratings and declining audiences, and a feud between two impressive factions would be a perfect way to shake things up.

#1 The Undisputed Era

Adam Cole, Kyle o Reilly, Bobby Fish, and Roderick Strong are one of the most dominant factions in WWE currently. They have run down the entire NXT roster during their stint in the yellow brand, and are due for a move to the main roster.

The Street Profits made their RAW debuts this week, even though they are still the defending NXT Tag Team Champions. Adam Cole, the current NXT Champion, could very well confront AJ Styles and set up a match between those two leading up to Summerslam.

The Undisputed Era is a group of highly talented individuals who would be a perfect foil for the Club. Cole and AJ are two excellent leaders, and could produce a 5-star encounter if the opportunity arises.
