It seems like the never-ending feud between Roman Reigns and King Corbin is finally over, so it is time for each of them to find new opponents. There is a possibility that Corbin finds himself opposite Goldberg at Super ShowDown. For one, Vince McMahon loves to put his 'King' in the biggest spotlight. And this month, there might not be a much bigger spotlight than a match against the WCW icon.
Corbin is a great heel, which would only lead to more fan support for Goldberg. He is also one of those WWE Superstars who could recover from humiliation, simply because of his promo skills and ability to catch immense heat. The heel gloats all the way to the pay-per-view until he is schooled in seconds.
Where have we heard that before? That was the fate of Dolph Ziggler, one of Corbin's lackeys, in Goldberg's last WWE match. And if WWE is to continue this story, King Corbin will be the next to suffer this fate. The only issue would be how the legend could lift Strowman up for the Jackhammer.
