5 options for Triple H heading into WrestleMania 34

Always expect Papa Haitch to drop in to take some spotlight!
Always expect Papa Haitch to drop in to take some spotlight!

The King of Kings, Triple H, is always in the grand scheme of things for the grandest stage of them all. Triple H, even in a limited wrestling capacity in WWE today, never fails to make a WrestleMania appearance.

Triple H is known to pop up on WWE television right after Monday Night Football season is over, and expect the Cerebral Assassin to show up anytime now. Triple H's last feud in WWE was a long drawn out rivalry with his former protege, Seth Rollins.

Triple H might be 48 now, but he has still got it. The COO of WWE will definitely be making an appearance at WrestleMania 34, but how?

#5 A monstrous game?

Braun Strowman's face evoked the reaction of every fan in WWE!
Braun Strowman's face evoked the reaction of every fan in WWE!

Survivor Series 2017 was widely criticized for being boring and predictable. The final moments of the PPV were one of the worst programming decisions made by WWE. The last two men standing from RAW's side were Braun Strowman and Triple H.

WWE's superhuman booking of Braun Strowman along with Triple H's weird fascination with stealing the spotlight made for a confusing conclusion to the PPV. However, Braun Strowman's face turn was made concrete, with him attacking Triple H towards the end.

The whole point of the last five minutes of the PPV will ultimately mean nothing if no payoff is provided to it. A Braun Strowman-Triple H encounter will not be a five-star encounter, but a fun match which further helps to create Strowman the top face in the company.

#4 One final encounter with the SHIELD

Ambrose v HHH was a classic encounter in WWE
Ambrose v HHH was a classic encounter in WWE

The Authority's feud with SHIELD back in 2013-14 was a fine sight to watch. SHIELD's rise to the top of the mountain in WWE was solidified with the destruction of all the authority members involving Triple H and Batista.

Triple H has faced Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins in the last two years at the WrestleMania PPV, and a match with the final member of the triad, Dean Ambrose, will only be fitting. Ambrose has received the short end of the stick many times when it comes to WrestleMania. A multi-man IC match, a dud with UFC-bound Brock Lensar and a pre-show match with Corbin, are not matches to be proud of.

A match against the King of Kings, in a repeat of their classic Roadblock encounter from 2016 could be fantastic. Dean Ambrose receiving a proper rub is what the fans want!

#3 A family affair?

Imagine Shane McMahon v Triple H in a Hell in a Cell encounter!
Imagine Shane McMahon vs Triple H in a Hell in a Cell encounter!

Triple H opened up quite a few possibilities in his last appearance on WWE television at Survivor Series. Him siding with his brother-in-law Shane McMahon, only to betray him moments later, were part of the nonsense WWE presented during the main-event of Survivor Series.

However, could their face-off be a sign of things to come at WrestleMania? Both the part-timers have failed to make their case for WrestleMania in the last few years, but expect them to take part in the biggest event of the year once again.

#2 2002 Once Again?

Could they drop the suits and fight at Wrestlemania?
Could they drop the suits and fight at Wrestlemania?

Triple H and Kurt Angle have had quite the rivalry in WWE before, facing off in several matches. They have even faced off for the topmost prize in WWE during their full-time careers. However, both the veterans are in the twilight of their careers.

Kurt Angle was betrayed by Triple H at Survivor Series, leading to Shane pinning the RAW GM. Triple H replaced Kurt's "son" Jason Jordan in the team and tensions have prevailed between the two authority figures since then.

Triple H vs Kurt Angle will be a classic throwback to the golden days of WWE, and will definitely tap the casual audience market.

#1 Pay-Off to a long term storyline?

Will we see this once again? Ronda breaking Triple H!
Will we see this once again? Ronda breaking Triple H!

Former UFC Bantamweight Champion, Ronda Rousey has finally signed a full-time deal with WWE. However, Royal Rumble was not the first time she stepped foot into a WWE ring. At WrestleMania 31, Rock and Ronda teamed up to take down Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

With Ronda signing with WWE full-time and widely expected to feature in the grandest stage of the year, a mixed-match between Ronda-Rock and Stephanie-HHH could be one of the biggest matches of the year.

A Hollywood star, a household MMA name, fighting off the Authority of WWE, could bring WWE major mainstream publicity, which is what they absolutely crave for!
