#2 King of the Ring
King of the Ring is a long-standing tradition that goes back well over two decades. The competition had a single elimination format with the winner being crowned the King, because isn't wrestling just fantastic?
It was a bizarre concept but it's worked incredibly well over the years, providing a stepping stone towards the World Title similar to that of the Intercontinental Championship.
It's gone on hiatus several times over the years and deserves to be properly re-introduced. Back in the day, the pay-per-view itself played host to some of the biggest matches in the history of World Wrestling Entertainment.
Once again, if you need an example, just look at The Undertaker vs Mankind inside Hell in a Cell. That match alone is enough to warrant KOTR's return.
