Brock Lesnar going on hiatus will affect a lot of different people in a lot of different ways, and no one will suffer more than the entire Monday Night RAW roster. Not only is that evident by how Lesnar served as a gatekeeper for Superstars looking to reach the next level, but also by how he elevated everyone he faced.
Of course, he didn't lose very often and sometimes outright obliterated the Superstar he faced, but he did make them relevant in defeat. One perfect example of this was Finn Balor, who put up a good showing against Lesnar at last year's Royal Rumble, but was ultimately forced to tap out to a triangle choke

While Balor's on-screen character took the loss as outright humiliating, he was slowly elevated in the process. He became the man that went toe to toe with Brock Lesnar and was seconds away from defeating him. If nothing else, that's a badge of honor and indicative of how easy it is for Brock Lesnar to elevate the roster.
