The WWE that Dean Ambrose returns to may be a lot more competitive than it was over the past year. This is because Brock Lesnar will not hold the Universal Championship captive anymore.
Breaking Vince Russo and Jim Cornette update HERE.
It is all too plausible that someone like Dean Ambrose could come out victorious against Seth Rollins or Kofi Kingston on any given night. Expect the World Championship picture to remain as competitive six months down the line.

What makes me arrive at this conclusion is that WWE is finally showing signs that they will listen to their massive contingent of fans, and they proved so at WrestleMania 35, where all of the fan favorites ended up victorious on the big stage. If Ambrose returns to such a competitive division, then it's very likely that he'll stick around for a longer spell.
Ambrose has excelled in the mid-card, but everyone knows that he can be a worthy World Champion too.
