Let's talk about Braaaauuun! He's the Monster Among Men, but after losing to Brock Lesnar at No Mercy with one F5, a lot of people are starting to wonder what WWE is doing with him.
They could have strapped a rocket to his back but, instead, it looks like Braun Strowman and all of his popularity might just serve as another guy in the way while Lesnar makes his way to WrestleMania 34 vs Roman Reigns.
So what's next for Braun? Let's take a look at some things WWE could do with Strowman. Forewarning: some of these might be far-fetched but don't ever count WWE out for being able to come up with something even more ridiculous or cliche.
#5 Give Braun Strowman his own title
Don't give Braun Strowman someone else's title. Just give him his own title. You could call it the "Monster Among Men Championship" or something like that and have him defend it and just destroy everybody.
With someone as unique and dominant as Strowman, you really don't need him in a title picture because he's such a monster. He might gum up the works for other Superstars who just wouldn't be believable facing him.
So give Braun Strowman his own title just to carry around and make the value of that championship show through the massive reaction he gets on a nightly basis. Sure, it would be gimmicky but it could work given Braun Strowman's overall appeal.
His push alone could elevate the title to be something worth fighting for. But nobody would ever beat him and he would retire the belt later on undefeated and ready to finally capture the Universal Title.
#4 Back to destroying enhancement talent
Given how he destroyed Curt Hawkins this past week on Raw by murdering him through the entrance ramp, Braun Strowman looks good beating people up.
Just keep feeding Strowman enhancement talent every week and allow him to annihilate them all. It would be a nice throwback to the days of old as an old-school attraction like Braun Strowman just comes out and eats somebody alive.
You never get that enhancement talent's name because it doesn't matter. They're just in the ring to be The Monster Among Men's dinner.
Who knows? You could make a couple stars out of it. After all, James Ellsworth got signed after looking good while jobbing to Braun Strowman. In time, Strowman's Running Powerslam could be the real Star Maker in WWE (sorry, Curt Hawkins).
#3 Strowman vs. The Shield
Dean Ambrose answered the call for real competition to face Braun Strowman on the Raw after No Mercy. The Lunatic Fringe did a fine job until the fact he was facing Braun Strowman caught up with him.
Seth Rollins soon got in line to face Strowman on the next week's show and that match is liable to be great as well. Now, all we need to do is dust off the Roman Reigns/Braun Strowman rivalry and then put them all together.
A 3 vs 1 handicapped match isn't usually something that piques my interest, but all three members of The Shield vs The Monster Among Men could be something very cool.
If they're going to jump on this match, they need to do it soon because the plan looks like The Shield might be joining up again, but it'll be against The Miztourage. However, Braun Strowman very well could be next in line to face The Hounds Of Justice.
#2 205 Live General Manager
This is a fun one. Braun Strowman obviously has the support of the 205 Live roster as evidenced by how he came down and assisted them in destroying Enzo Amore after the Raw following No Mercy. Who better to call the shots and make the tough decisions on 205 Live?
WWE's Cruiserweight Division showcase doesn't have an authority figure. It might not be a long-term thing but if they put Braun Strowman on 205 Live as the General Manager it would certainly get a lot more people tuning into the WWE Network after SmackDown Live.
Of course, he could still be on Raw destroying enhancement talent but 205 Live GM could be a side-job for Strowman.
They could set up a little office in the back for him and the 205 Live stars would come to him with their issues. Then he'd make his decision and scare them off. It could be the recipe for some very entertaining television and give the WWE Universe a chance to see Braun Strowman come out of his shell a little bit and show some of his excellent personality.
Also, wouldn't it be great to see stuff like this more often?
#1 Find Braun Strowman a friend
Since his adventures with The Wyatt Family, Braun Strowman hasn't clicked with anyone in a tag team setting. After all, since he's been on Raw his mission is to make a name for himself on his own.
But in this interim period of Strowman's journey to the top of the roster he could find a tag team partner and if they gelled correctly it could work out very well.
There might not be anyone on Raw that really stands out as compatible with Strowman but NXT holds a few possibilities which could be very interesting. Names like Aleister Black, Kassius Ohno, Andrade Cien Almas, and even Johnny Gargano spring to mind.
If they paired Strowman up with Johnny Wrestling things could get very entertaining in and out of the ring.
It would be hard to keep the Raw Tag Team Titles away from Strowman if they paired him up with someone which would be fine as well. The more accolades he racks up along the way the better. Because there's plenty of room on Strowman's shoulders for lots of championship gold.
