Kevin Owens is clearly happy with his time at the company that he decided to re-sign and put his signature on a new deal. No matter what we may read about WWE, there are many WWE Superstars who are happy to work for Vince McMahon and his company, for a number of reasons.

For the former NXT Champion he also has many friends and strong relationships he built during his time with the company. Sami Zayn, who is Owen's best friend, is a part of the company. The Great Liberator's contract is also reportedly set to expire in the near future.

KO re-signing could influence him to sign a new deal and those details could have been a key factor for both to remain with WWE. Owens also has strong relationships with key people such as Triple H, who he worked with during his time on NXT.

It'd be foolish to walk away from somewhere where you're greatly respected and have many peers around who support you.
