A family rivalry in the works?

This one's come into play over the past couple of weeks. The WWE has decided to run with a storyline that involves Jason Jordan being the illegitimate son of Kurt Angle. For better or for worse, this is what we're stuck with going forward.

The main purpose behind this is to give the former member of American Alpha a major push in the singles spotlight, and there is no better way for that push to culminate than with a win over Kurt Angle at Wrestlemania 34.

Just think about it. With the whole professional wrestling world watching, this talented youngster gets a victory over one of the most legendary names to ever step foot into the squared circle. If the WWE wants to make Jordan into a main event player, this is the way to go.
