There seems to be an ongoing trend in WWE's Women's Division at present with Brie Bella set to welcome her second child, Maria recently welcoming her second and Maryse being the first of all three to become a mother for a second time.
It's interesting that WWE hasn't already pitched the idea of a show that would see all of the mothers bringing up their children. "Growing up Bella" may be a title that has a horrendous storyline attached, but it's not a bad name for a show that sees the Bella Twins raising their children.

If WWE decided to include other WWE mothers much like Mickie James, Ronda Rousey when she announces her pregnancy and Lacey Evans, then there's nothing stopping the name being changed and the company instead having a show all about raising the next generation of WWE stars.
WWE could have already decided on this idea and it could be the reason why Nikki and Brie are set to reappear on WWE TV after more than a year away.
