WWE has a number of options when it comes to the Raw Women's Championship match

Alexa Bliss defends her Raw Women's Championship against Mickie James this Sunday night at TLC, as the two women collide on pay-per-view for the very first time.

This is Mickie's first pay-per-view singles match since she returned to WWE back in January and the main build up of the match has been focused on the fact that Mickie is much older than Alexa and is now considered as a veteran in the WWE's Women's Division.

Mickie will become a seven-time Women's Champion with a win here, but Alexa has become a force to be reckoned with over the past few months, so she should definitely not be taken lightly.

There are a number of different options for WWE when it comes to the outcome of this match. It is dependent on their wish to continue this feud heading into Survivor Series season. Thus, we present five possible conclusions to their much-awaited encounter this Sunday.

#5 Mickie becomes Raw Women's Champion

There's something quite poetic about the fact that Mickie is facing Alexa Bliss for the Raw Women's Championship here, especially considering it was Alexa who brought Mickie back to WWE in January to help her with her feud with Becky Lynch.

Alexa has been one of the stand out stars in the Women's Division over the past year and has risen to the top of the ranks on both Raw and SmackDown so a feud with someone who has the experience that Mickie James possesses will only help her progress further.

Mickie pinned Alexa on Raw this past week and could come out on top this weekend if she is able to deliver the Mick Kick once again. A win for Mickie would definitely allow this feud to continue heading into Survivor Series and allow Mickie to make history when she becomes a seven-time Women's Champion.

#4 Alexa Bliss retains her Championship via pinfall

Even though Alexa is a heel, she is a talented in-ring competitor and rarely has to take shortcuts when it comes to her title defences.

Alexa has been able to defeat the likes of Bayley and Sasha Banks over the past few months and she did it whilst adhering to the rules. It would be interesting to see if Alexa continues this on Sunday night and is able to retain her Championship following her DDT finisher.

The only problem with a clean win for the Champion is the fact that the feud is pretty much over following the match, so WWE would only decide on this if they didn't want the rivalry between Mickie and Alexa to continue after TLC.

#3 Asuka marks her debut by making an impact

Asuka will make her long-awaited WWE main roster debut on Sunday night as she takes on Emma. It's quite obvious that the company have put 'The Empress of Tomorrow' into a squash match so that she can retain her undefeated record, something that she can easily do in the challenge against Emma.

This match may not be enough for Asuka, The Empress could well decide to make sure that she makes a much bigger impact in her first appearance by going after the Champion and her current challenger and sending a message of her own.

Asuka could easily interfere so the match ends in a no-contest which will then push the feud forward into Survivor Series where Asuka can then be inserted into a match for the title.

#2 Nia Jax interferes to help Alexa Bliss retain her Championship

There have been a number of reports over the past week when it comes to Nia Jax and how she feels about her current position in the company.

Nia was last seen on Monday night Raw when she faced off against Mickie James at the beginning of the month before Alexa interfered in the match which ultimately gave Mickie the win.

The fact that Nia hasn't been seen since then means that the former NXT star could easily make an appearance on Sunday night and cost Mickie her chance to become Champion.

It was reported that WWE wanted Alexa and Nia's feud to continue in the future, so her interference in the match could easily allow her to set up a triple threat match for the Women's Championship at Survivor Series next month.

#1 Alexa Bliss retains via disqualification

Alexa hasn't always been the kind of Champion who follows the rules, she took the easy way out when she faced Nia Jax a few weeks ago, and in the back of her mind she will know that getting disqualified would be an easy way to ensure that she takes her title home.

Over the past few years, the women of WWE have competed in no-disqualification matches and Tables matches at TLC, so it comes as a shock that WWE hasn't added a stipulation to this match as well.

Natalya retained her SmackDown Women's Championship against Charlotte at Hell in a Cell last weekend when she decided to attack The Queen with a chair. It seems unlikely that WWE would allow two title matches to end in the same way but Alexa could decide to take her future into her own hands and guarantee that she retains her title.
