Carmella debuted as the manager of Enzo and Cass and wrestled various feuds in her NXT tenure between 2013 and 2016. She competed unsuccessfully for the NXT Women's Championship, and on July 19th, she was drafted to SmackDown Live.

Recently, Carmella participated in the first-ever women's Royal Rumble match but she has yet to cash in her opportunity.
