The Samoan Submission Machine comes at #4 on this list.

Despite Samoa Joe not having the best booking on the main roster, he has still been booked to be dominant and strong. His most personal rivalry as of yet has been against AJ Styles, in a feud that he might not have won- but he still came out of it looking like a devastating heel.

Joe has been having troubles with Jeff Hardy from the SmackDown roster, but it doesn't seem as if this rivalry with Hardy will be developed any further as we saw Joe comfortably defeat Jeff Hardy on the 1st January 2018 edition of SmackDown Live. He later went on to compete in the 5 Way Match on the same night, with the winner gaining a WWE Championship title shot at Royal Rumble, but he was unable to win the match.

The Destroyer would make a very credible opponent for The Undertaker because of his size and his promo abilities. Joe could carry this rivalry on his back without a problem if The Phenom wasn't able to appear for the build-up.

You could have The Undertaker appear on an episode of Smackdown to hype up his WrestleMania 35 plans, and all you would need is an interruption from Samoa Joe. Joe could state that he's had enough of The Undertaker showing up to the WWE whenever he feels like it, and the fact that he is constantly taking opportunities away from people like him makes him sick.

Whenever it comes to Joe rumbling on the mic, you know that he's going to speak with passion and fire. A potential match featuring Samoa Joe and The Undertaker is also one that we've never seen before as The Samoan Submission Machine definitely has what it takes to be a worthy opponent for The Phenom at Wrestlemania 35.
