Every year, the Raw and Smackdown Live after WrestleMania nearly always consist of a call-up from the developmental brand NXT. Last year, we saw call-ups such as The Revival, Tye Dillinger and Shinsuke Nakamara, among others. This adds an unpredictable atmosphere to the shows after WrestleMania; these shows are usually the most watched shows of the year for WWE. Due to the hot nature of NXT and how tremendous the brand's WWE Network specials are, the brand has gathered a great deal of momentum for itself. This usually carries over to the superstars first night on the main roster creating an electric atmosphere. We look at the main five potential call-ups from NXT following this year's WrestleMania.

5 - Authors Of Pain

The Authors of Pain, managed by WWE Hall Of Famer Paul Ellering, made their NXT debuts in June 2016 attacking American Alpha after their match at NXT Takeover: The End. Destroying every team that got in their way one by one, Authors Of Pain were quickly skyrocketing through the rankings of the NXT tag team division. They captured the NXT Tag Team Championships on their first attempt in November of the same year just five months after their debut by defeating DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa). They held the NXT Tag Team Championships for nine months before losing it to Sanity (Alexander Wolfe and Eric Young) in what marked Authors of Pain's first loss in NXT. Competing in The Wargames Match alongside Roderick Strong against Sanity and The Undisputed Era, there's not really much left for this team to do in NXT. After Wrestlemania would be the perfect time to call this team up to the repetitive Raw tag team division and give it the much needed shot of adrenaline it needs.

Hey Everybody! My name is Dallas Barnes i'm currently 22 years old, I was born and raised in a small city called New Bedford , Massachusetts . I don't even know where to start with my love for wrestling. I started watching in 2005 few months after my mother unfortunately passed away , but i didn't start with WWE like most people I started with a small promotion pulling all the stops to get noticed called TNA Wrestling. The high flying action had me totally forgetting about the anger and sadness i had in my heart for 2 hours and enjoy wrestling. Since then I haven't looked back on my love for wrestling. Wrestling has been there for me in my darkness times and even now is still for me , I am currently in a wheelchair and wrestling helps me escape reality. I watch hours of wrestling a day so I figured why not enlighten people with my thoughts on hot topics in wrestling! I can't wait to share my thoughts with you guys and get to know you all!
