#3 Make Ricochet look good

This match going long would be great for Ricochet!

We all pretty much know the match will end with Ricochet looking up at the lights and Brock Lesnar holding up his WWE Title, but how exactly does WWE get there? Beyond that, how much time are they willing to invest into this match at Super ShowDown and make it actually mean something?

Of course, WWE has the option of Lesnar just mowing through Ricochet in a matter of seconds like he did with Kofi Kingston, but what good will that do for The Beast and the former US Champion? For instance, what does Lesnar get across with a squash match? The fact that he can absolutely destroy people half his size at will? We've seen that time and time again.

And what does it do for Ricochet? A man that isn't going to be in the title picture for very long and will most likely drop off to a midcard position once this match is over, Ricochet could use a little bump from looking like a threat to Lesnar, or at least putting up a good fight. Wouldn't it be much more beneficial for Ricochet if he actually got some offense in on Lesnar and really turned this into the dream match it should be?

At least that way, when fans talk about Ricochet's eventual loss to Lesnar at Super ShowDown, they will remember that he put up an awesome fight.
