WWE could make use of Conor McGregor in many different ways to benefit NXT. Having McGregor go up against some of the top men in NXT is a great way to showcase the Black and Gold brand's stars.

On the other hand, WWE could also book some top Superstars from RAW and SmackDown to head over to NXT for matches with McGregor. With competition from AEW on Wednesday Nights, this could work out well for the company.

McGregor could issue challenges to top Superstars such as Roman Reigns, Sheamus, Drew McIntyre, and Bobby Lashley to have them appear on the Black and Gold brand for a match.

This angle will allow McGregor to face WWE's pre-established stars while bringing a lot of attention to NXT. As a result, McGregor's dream matches against WWE Superstars from the main roster could also be associated with the Black and Gold brand.
