#3 Finn Balor needs to win the NXT Championship before going back to the main roster
Finn Balor moved from NXT to the main roster in 2016 as he was drafted to RAW. WWE management quickly pushed him to the moon as he became the first Universal Champion at SummerSlam 2016. But things didn't turn out to be as good for him after that. More on that in the next slide.
Last year, Finn Balor lost to "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt at SummerSlam 2019 and went on a hiatus. He then returned to NXT later that year with a completely changed character. Since then, fans have been wanting to see him win the NXT Championship once again.
Truth be told, Finn Balor won't be in NXT forever and it won't be long before WWE calls him up to either RAW or SmackDown. But before that happens, Finn Balor needs to once again sit on the top of the NXT roster as the champion. And next week might just be the rebirth of the "Finn Balor era" of NXT.
