If you thought the #CancelTheNetwork backlash was bad, wait for the one that will erupt if Goldberg wins. When Roman Reigns won the Royal Rumble in 2014, he was greeted with boos, boos and more boos.
The fans refused to acknowledge the win and took their frustration with Vince out on the Samoan. Despite the backlash, the WWE still persisted in making Reigns their top guy, sadly things haven't worked out.

Now imagine how bad the reaction would be, with fans knowing the WWE will do what they always want anyway, this time people may actually cancel their network. Because when you get presented with the same content over and over again, knowing it won't change, an anger inside you burns like no other.
It was a bad booking decision in 2014, it's going to be a bad one on the 29th.
