#1 RAW is just a more important brand in WWE's eyes

We all remember the whitewash at Survivor Series very well
Not long ago, RAW and SmackDown Live went to battle at Survivor Series. SmackDown Live got off to a great start when they won a match on the Kickoff Show. It seemed as if RAW would be in for a fight. And then, RAW won the proceedings comprehensively at 6-0.

We would find out that the Kickoff Show match did not count in the tally. There was no storyline payoff for RAW whitewashing SmackDown Live in the manner that they did.

The only plausible explanation is that WWE wanted to prove that RAW was the dominant brand and not SmackDown Live, this year.
Lars Sullivan would flourish in a brand that had Vince McMahon's personal attention, in my estimation. And we all know that McMahon values RAW more than he does his very own two-hour show.
