A win for Asuka could mean big things for her future on Raw

Does anyone remember when Asuka was on top of the mountain?

It was that special period in WWE programming when Asuka was virtually untouchable. Not only could no one in the entire division pin her or make her submit in a match, the company always found new ways to have her come out victorious. Unfortunately for fans that were enjoying her historic run, the company gave up on it for some reason.

Of course some believe that was due to Asuka's lack of promo skills and the company having other plans in mind, but it was still saddening to see. What was even worse is that they ended her undefeated streak at WrestleMania 34, turned her into an afterthought shortly after that and stuck her in the midcard for quite a while.

With that being said and Asuka still somewhat toiling away in the midcard as Tag Team Champion, it's time for her to shock the world. It's time for her to recapture her glory days and take the Raw Women's Title off of Becky Lynch. At least that way, WWE can turn the women's division on it's head, and revive a star in the process.
