After Stephanie McMahon suspended Becky Lynch on Monday Night RAW last week, rumours suggested that WWE were planning the have a match between the two at SummerSlam.
The storyline was being matched with that of Stone Cold Steve Austin vs Vince McMahon and this twist might be another step in that direction. WWE are planning for a feud between The Man and the Authority and are sowing the seeds for it right now.
The Irish Lasskicker might be the final match in the ring for Stephanie McMahon as her 'in-ring performance' contract expires later this year. While it is just a formality for the McMahons to extend their contracts, it might just be the ideal time for Stephanie to retire from in-ring performances.
