Sure, WWE has a host of new stars such as Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Charlotte, AJ Styles, Sasha Banks, etc. However, none of them have matched the level of success that wrestlers like Goldberg and his compatriots once enjoyed.
They may be stars, but they are definitely not Superstars.
Unfortunately, the last major Superstar WWE created may have been John Cena. This has been a constant problem with the WWE, and they’ve been forced to bring back part-time performers like Bill Goldberg to main event their bigger show over full-time talent.
