5 Reasons why having Brock Lesnar hold the Universal and UFC Title will ruin WWE

Brock Lesnar signing a new deal with WWE is bad news for Roman Reigns.

WWE has worked very hard to try to get Roman Reigns over with the fans and while it seems to be working now after a drastic change in booking, Brock Lesnar signing a new contract with WWE might put that in jeopardy. In fact, with how Lesnar has negotiated with The WWE in the past, it seems obvious that him coming out of Summerslam with the title will be requested.

After all, Lesnar's ultimate goal is to win both The Universal and UFC title and what better way to start that off then to retain his title at Summerslam. Not only does it give Lesnar momentum heading into his first UFC fight in several years against Daniel Cormier, it also keeps WWE relevant, which Vince McMahon loves!

Unfortunately for Roman Reigns, WWE and the fans, this single decision has the possibility of ruining all the progress that WWE made with Roman Reigns and that's a terrible thing. In the end, WWE has worked very in trying to make Reigns their next top guy and it would horrible if they pumped the brakes on that in favour of a part-timer.
