There were some awesome as well as some awful storylines going into Money in the Bank 2018. The good news is that all the awful storylines were seemingly concluded.

Daniel Bryan vs Big Cass, which was one of the most boring storylines of 2018 finally came to an end at the event. This storyline just began because Big Cass hates small men like Daniel Bryan.

Even Sami Zayn vs Bobby Lashley was a very boring storyline, this also ended at Money in the Bank 2018. This rivalry included many awful moments, such as Sami Zayn bringing fake girls as Lashley's sisters to interview them, and to insult Lashley.

Then there was Roman Reigns and Jinder Mahal which was also a pretty awful storyline. This rivalry just started out of nowhere, with Jinder attacking Roman just because he didn't get a chance to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match. With the end of this rivalry, both wrestlers can now concentrate on other goals.
