#4 Samoa Joe represents the future
It might seem odd considering how much of a veteran Samoa Joe is, but he is very much the future of the WWE. His physical prowess ensures that he will be wrestling for a long time to come and hopefully for a long time to come in Vince McMahon's company.
Brock Lesnar, on the other hand, doesn't really care about the future of the WWE or professional wrestling, for that matter. He is a mercenary who is more than happy to sell his services to the highest bidder – and that bidder might be the UFC, the NFL, or a hundred other different companies.
So, you tell me who deserves to hold Monday Night Raw's top belt? There is no doubt in my mind that the future of the WWE can be secured by putting the title on Joe at Great Balls of Fire.
