Listen, it is impossible to hate on Roman Reigns in light of everything he's gone through over the course of his long and illustrious career. But the fact remains that when he was in the main event, the crowd was never happy. Every year, WrestleMania used to end with them leaving the arena dissatisfied.
As botchy as the main event match was, at least it ended with the right person winning, from the crowd's perspective. And the right person, in this case, is Becky Lynch, an extremely man-ly woman who rose from mid-card purgatory and embraced the Steve Austin in her.

As the fireworks sounded over MetLife stadium, the crowd rejoiced because the company had heard their pleas at long last and had their favourite superstar stand tall. Let's hope that this is a tradition that continues in the coming days as well, with WWE taking requests from fans seriously.
