#4. Unnecessarily long title reigns
Brock Lesnar's last three title reigns have been a lot longer than anticipated. His first WWE Championship reign since his return happened at SummerSlam 2014, and he would go on to hold the title until WrestleMania 31.
In 224 days, Brock Lesnar would only defend the championship three times. The objective of that reign was to put over Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, but we all know how that worked out.
His first Universal Championship reign was expected to last a full year, and fans knew this even before WrestleMania 33. The rumour was that the year-long title reign would lead to a rematch with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 34, where Reigns would naturally win..right?
Wrong. For some bizarre reason, Lesnar beat Reigns clean at the WrestleMania 34 match and would go on to hold the title until SummerSlam that year, ending his reign at 504 days.
His second Universal Championship reign will be at 157 days come WrestleMania 35, and fans are sick and tired of the lack of title defences in the part-time championship reigns.
