#2. Ronda Rousey leaving

If the rumors are true and Ronda Rousey is indeed leaving WWE after WrestleMania 35, then the company will be left without their biggest star and will be forced to make some very difficult decisions. Unfortunately for WWE, one of those decisions is could be to merge the two women's division into one.
Not only does that allow for stars from both shows to finally fight for the same prize again, but it also makes it easy where the company doesn't have to manage two women's title pictures at the same time. Of course, that doesn't mean WWE will only have one female storyline ruling both shows, especially with the tag team titles now on the scene, but the company won't have to deal with two major female champions at the same time.
Look who just shut down all of Tony Khan's critics! More HERE.
If nothing else, they have proven ineffective in doing so and with The Fox deal closing in, it's time to make some changes that will work capitalize on their strengths. With that being said, and Rousey likely leaving the company after Mania, the company needs to find a way to keep the momentum going, which is why fusing the divisions together seems like a great idea!
