Goldberg has a pre-match ritual of headbutting the door during his entrance before he competes in the ring. Over the years, Goldberg has headbutted the door several times in his career. But when he returned to WWE in 2016, his pre-match ritual put him in deep trouble.

In this specific instance, Goldberg headbutted the door and ended up cutting himself on the forehead. When he reached the ring, there was blood trickling down from his head, which made Vince McMahon really upset.

#2 The LaVar Ball segment

LaVar Ball appeared on Monday Night Raw in 2017, along with his sons Lonzo and LaMelo. WWE invited them since the trio were from Los Angles - the home of the Los Angles Lakers. They were part of the Miz TV segment, and the entire segment turned out to be a mess.

But the worst part about the segment was when LaMelo used a racial slur live on television. This infuriated Vince McMahon backstage further, aggravating his displeasure towards the spontaneous mess. Due to LaMelo's slip-up, WWE was forced to issue a public apology.

The match was heavily criticized, with many calling it the worst main event in WrestleMania history due to the the long duration and the controversial finish. Many WWE fans came out of the event disappointed.

The incident that irked Vince McMahon was rumored to be Lesnar busting up Reigns during the match, since it wasn't a planned move. WWE always tends to keep its product PG and this incident presumable made the sponsors unhappy as well.
