Despite never competing for WWE, Jay Lethal has put together an absolutely incredible career, and while he's become the best Ring of Honor Champion in history, it's time for him to move on to bigger and better things. He's been great for the company over the past few years, but it feels like he's done all he can do with the Sinclair owned company, and WWE just wouldn't be the place for him right now.
He had a big match at All In against Flip Gordon, and it showed just how great he is on the big stage, making him perfect for the main event scene at AEW. Whether he's Black Machismo from his TNA days or the great in-ring performer we see week in, week out in ROH, Lethal has all the tools it takes to compete at the highest level, and with his experience on TV with TNA, he'd be an incredible addition to the roster.
