#4 WWE Superstar Boogeyman

The Boogeyman has been one of the scariest and creepiest characters in the WWE.

Having made his debut on the October 14, 2005, edition of Smackdown, his entrance involved crouching to the ring while eating a can of worms. He also carried a voodoo stick and an oversized alarm clock that he smashed on his head.

Superstars like John Cena and King Booker certainly felt the chills in their interactions with this hellish character, especially when he said, "I'm the Boogeyman, and I'm comin' to getcha," followed by the maniacal laughter.

#3 WWE Hall of Famer Kane

Kane has put fear in the hearts of WWE Superstars and fans alike for over two decades.

With the sinister mask or without it, Kane's extreme moments, especially setting other superstars on fire, still give us the chills. The Big Red Machine was first seen at Badd Blood: In Your House in 1997 during The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels' Hell in a Cell match.

Seeing his kayfabe half-brother, The Phenom looked petrified. Kane ripped open the cell door with ease and tombstoned Taker, costing him the match.

The WWE Hall of Famer has not looked back since, achieving insurmountable heights in this business. Despite being shunned by the audience at first, Kane became one of the most popular superstars of WWE.
