Becky Lynch has always been a decent athlete, and was time and again praised for the discipline and the unquestionable work-ethic she displayed outside the WWE as well as after signing with the company. However, after being left out from the title picture for so very long, while most other Superstars would've lost hope and stopped training hard; Lynch was the opposite.

During her time as a mid-card talent for most of 2017 and up until August 2018, Lynch refused to give up, and kept training hard at the gym. For those of you who happen to compete in combat sports, you may have noticed that the one department Lynch has significantly improved in, is her cardio!

While Lynch has always used explosive movements in her in-ring performances, the movements would sap her cardio pretty quickly, after which she'd appear to be quite tired. However, for a better part of 2018, Lynch has been working extremely hard on her stamina, just as much as she does on her explosiveness.

Needless to say, the results speak for themselves, and Lynch perhaps has the best stamina in the WWE Women's Division today -- equal to or even more than that of arch rivals Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey.
