Despite receiving huge backlash for not bringing any legitimate attention to the tag-team division on Monday Night Raw, the recent ascension of the division has struck the right chord with the WWE Universe.

Ricochet and Aleister Black's inclusion has been successful in elevating the stature of the division and with the company giving it the spotlight it deserves, this could really be a monumental year for tag-team wrestling.

There's no denying that The Revival deserves a lot of credit here. The Raw Tag-Team Champions' willingness to catapult the division to a different stratosphere coerced Vince McMahon to think otherwise and channel his inner genius, once again.

Both Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live have seen a gradual yet effective change in their tag-team division and with the creative team continuing to give them the spotlight, the company's aim to excel in all departments is working.

With so many teams now looking to grab the brass ring under Vince's supervision, it definitely seems like The Revival's insistence to solidify the division has worked.
