#1. There are many better names to win the match

It's safe to say that this year's Royal Rumble match could be the best in years. 2018 and 2019 were good Rumble PPVs in their own right, having solid Rumble matches from both the men and women.
Looking back now, it's easy to forget that from 2011-2017, WWE dropped the ball on the entire Royal Rumble match and they've only begun to rectify that. With names such as Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, AJ Styles, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Drew McIntyre, and Ricochet already announced in the Royal Rumble, it's clear that the match is going to be stacked.

While it isn't confirmed, the word seems to be that 10 Superstars from each brand will be assigned to the Rumble match. If that is the case, then it's clear why Lesnar won't win - there are simply too many better names to win this year.
