Believe it or not, WWE might have known about Dean Ambrose wanting to leave for a long time now, which raises the question of how much of his booking has been a result of this. For example, if WWE knew about Ambrose wanting to leave back in October, it could be the reason why they ultimately decided that he would break up the Shield this time.

While one can argue that Ambrose breaking the team up was always the plan for WWE, there is also evidence to suggest that the company altered things along the way. Not only is this evident by the rumor that the original plan was for Ambrose to join in the title picture with Seth Rollins at WrestleMania, but also by just how bad his heel turn was.

In the end, it seems as if there was an added depth to it. Almost like WWE knew Ambrose was going to leave when his contract was up, and actively decided to have him come out the absolute bad guy when he broke up the team. In fact, that point is further empathized by Ambrose's line of Roman Reigns deserving to get cancer.

Think about it!

Would Ambrose really say that about Reigns in any other circumstance? Beyond that, doesn't that sound like something the writing team would have come up with instead of Ambrose?
