What's to stop WWE from moving Goldberg to Friday Night SmackDown? While fans might argue that Goldberg is a RAW exclusive, he was never involved in the 2020 draft, and stands as a free agent. That means he can easily make his way over to the blue brand and challenge Roman Reigns for the title.
WWE could even use both shows to promote what could end up being WrestleMania 37's main event match. Not only does this give WWE double the screentime for storytelling, it also could create an anything-can-happen kind of atmosphere, if WWE wants to bend the rules.
For example, what if Goldberg keeps provoking Reigns to take a shot at him, prompting Reigns to go on RAW and attack the WCW legend? It would be a neat way to play with the reality of the situation, and turn Roman Reigns into an even bigger heel. It might even help build Goldberg as a babyface character, if done right.
