#3. Lacey Evans
One main difference between Lacey Evans and the rest of the people on this list (other than the obvious one) is that she has already been thrust into the title picture. No sooner did she have a match on Raw than she was immediately given a title shot at Becky Lynch at MITB.
The Raw Women's division is extremely shallow due to Nia Jax, Ruby Riott, Ronda Rousey and Sasha Banks all being absent for one reason or another. For that reason, Lynch needed a non-Charlotte Flair challenger following MITB.
Enter Evans and her truly unique character. While there are serviceable wrestlers like Natalya, Naomi and Nikki Cross on Raw, Evans' gimmick is more than 'is a female Hart' and 'likes fluorescent colors'.
She literally chastises the rest of the division for not being ladies and her look backs it up. While she probably shouldn't have been immediately thrust into a title feud, it's likely a sign from management that they like her. With a few more months of main-roster experience, she might be more ready for a title run before the end of the year.
