Its probably that one trump card that WWE has right now and they woudl be crazy not to use it at TLC. Not only would it be a great way to raise the pay per view buy rates a bit, it is also the perfect ending to the storyline tension between Baron Corbin and Kurt Angle that has been going on for quite a while

Think about it! WWE had been teasing Baron Corbin and Kurt Angle going head to head for quite some time now and it would be the perfect end to their story. It might also serve as a huge moment in Baron Corbin's career if WWE books him to beat Kurt Angle, which would instantly establish as the top guy he was supposed to be a long time ago.

In the end, he is the overly obvious choice out of all of these superstars and should probably be inserted into the match against Corbin in Strowman's place. While the match might not end in a win for Corbin, especially with rumors of Alexa Bliss becoming the new Raw GM soon, it would be a profile raiser and would help set him up for better things.
