5 superstars that should've faced Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble 2019

#2 Drew McIntyre

This man is on fire.

Drew McIntyre is the future and while Mr McMahon dubbed him the chosen one a few years ago, many thought it was not possible, but this year, McIntyre proved why he is leaps and bounds ahead of every superstar on the Raw roster.

From steamrolling through Kurt Angle, Dolph Ziggler, and Seth Rollins on many occasions, McIntyre proved to be a no-nonsense butt kicker when it counts, and if he had the chance to step up to Lesnar at the Royal Rumble, anticipation would be at an all-time high.

Lesnar vs McIntyre is a match that would be brutal, physically demanding and just plain awesome, as McIntyre is a man that can put on a barn burner with any opponent, and Lesnar turns up when he faces an opponent like that.

#3 Kevin Owens

This would be a great way to reboot KO's character.

WWE didn't do justice to Kevin Owens this year, as the once proud prizefighter was reduced to a joke on Smackdown Live and Raw, but KO is just that good on the mic and in the ring, so it became hard for fans to write him off truly.

And after taking time off for an injury, KO is all set to return to Raw sooner rather than later. While KO vs Lesnar is a match that most might peg to be a squash match, Owens return to Raw could see him regain his lost credibility and revert back to his original prizefighter gimmick.

Owens is one of those superstars that could have crafted a great match with Lesnar, and his case for a Universal Title shot would be warranted, as he never got a rematch for the title.
