Three of the above four are the definite favorites to win.

WWE is set to host the Greatest Royal Rumble event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia this Friday. The match card is stacked, and the fans are expecting a plethora of surprise entries in the biggest Royal Rumble match in history.

WWE is making a effort in making the event memorable and is leaving no stone unturned to make it a success.

With the who's who of the industry announced for the show, a few wrestlers are bound to stand out and produce astounding performances which will make the fans drop their jaws.

Here are five superstars who will certainly wow the Saudi Arabian audience.

#5 Roman Reigns

The Big Dog

Match competing: Steel cage match vs Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship

After getting destroyed at the hands of Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 34, Roman Reigns is yet again set to compete for the Universal Championship, this time inside a steel cage.

With the event taking place outside of the USA, Reigns would be the favorite to win the match considering the positive response he gets from non-American crowds.

WWE is adamant about setting up Reigns as the face of the company, and maybe the time has arrived for The Big Dog to step up and prove why he is the deserving poster boy of the industry. A hard-fought contest with him coming out on top in a clean finish will cement his position as the top babyface and finally get over with the fans who despise him.

#4 Daniel Bryan

The Leader of the YES! Movement.

Match competing: 50-Man Royal Rumble Match

After retiring from WWE, Daniel Bryan finally got cleared to wrestle inside the squared circle earlier this year, and WWE wasted no time in putting him in a tag-team match at WrestleMania 34, which he obviously won.

Bryan being advertised for the 50-man Royal Rumble match doesn't come as a surprise at all. The Leader of the Yes! Movement is rumored to go all the way and win the historic contest, which would be a big deal considering his current run as an active wrestler isn't even two months old.

Daniel Bryan is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most technically skilled performers in WWE history. The former SmackDown manager creating history at the Greatest Royal Rumble will validate his claim of being the poster boy of the company and elevate his momentum to newer heights.

#3 Samoa Joe

The Samoan Submission Machine

Match competing: Ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship

Samoa Joe had a dominating run in 2017. After having distinguished feuds against the likes of Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar, Joe was set for a huge main-event push, but those plans abruptly canceled when he suffered a foot injury right before the Royal Rumble PPV.

The Destroyer is back in WWE, and the company wasted no time in putting him in a Fatal-4 way ladder match for the Intercontinental Title at The Greatest Royal Rumble. The current champion, Seth Rollins, will be on the lookout as Joe tries to wreak havoc on him and the other two competitors, Finn Balor and The Miz.

Joe is yet to win a main roster title in WWE, and the Intercontinental Championship should be the championship that he should pursue, going forward. One of the most undervalued performers, both in the ring and on the microphone, Joe exudes confidence right from the get-go, and WWE should capitalize on the opportunity by putting gold around his waist.

#2 AJ Styles

The Phenomenal One

Match competing: Singles match vs Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE Championship

After successfully retaining his WWE Championship at WrestleMania 34, AJ Styles became victim to a horrendous act by Shinsuke Nakamura, which turned the latter heel in the process. For the next three weeks, Nakamura continued to play mind games with Styles and hit him with low-blows at every chance he got.

WWE has scheduled a rematch between the two for this Friday, and if the current storyline is any indication, Nakamura seems to be the favorite to win the WWE Title. He has managed to get inside Styles' head and has not shied away from giving him a lethal beatdown.

Styles has put in great performances week after week to become a fan favorite. Barely two years in the company, Styles has become the deserving face of SmackDown Live. His run as the WWE Champion has been his best so far, and maybe this is not the right time to strip him of the title.

Styles got his WrestleMania moment this year, and now is the time "The Phenomenal One" relishes his value in front of thousands of fans.

#1 Braun Strowman

The Monster among Men

Match competing: 50-Man Royal Rumble Match

It's a surprising fact that Braun Strowman has not won a singles title in his three-year career with WWE. Probably the most improved and consistent performer today, Strowman has made a name for himself by being the perfect blend of strength and agility, and stealing the show every time he steps into the squared circle.

Strowman is in for the match of his life as he, along with 49 other superstars will battle it out, to write history in the biggest Royal Rumble match of all time. The Monster Among Men should be the favorite to win the contest, as he is one of the best things going for WWE right now.

Strowman has been the driving force behind Monday Night Raw for quite some time, and the moment has arrived for WWE to reward him with a victory on such a grand stage. Strowman is in for a huge push in the main event scene, and him winning the Royal Rumble match will be the perfect segue towards the same.

Even if WWE decides not to go with Strowman as the winner, one can surely expect him to be a one-man wrecking crew who will steal the show by throwing fellow wrestlers left, right, center, and out of the ring.
