The NXT parking lot isn't a safe place
The parking lot at Full Sail University isn't a safe place, as evidenced by Hideo Itami who was attacked and put out of action back in May 2015 as part of NXT Takeover: Unstoppable. Itami was out for so long that WWE never actually confirmed who attacked him in the parking lot even though Kevin Owens was the main suspect at the time.
The attack came from out of nowhere but it was ahead of a triple threat match once again, and now there are a number of people who could be known as "The Parking Lot Prowler."
The likes of Sami Zayn, Finn Balor, Tye Dillinger, Tyler Breeze and Kevin Owens are all still part of WWE and were around back in 2015, so right now there are a few people who could be seen as the offender here.
