The next guy on the list is The Prizefighter himself, Kevin Owens. KO has held some of the biggest titles in WWE, and the Hardcore Title would have been a perfect addition to his incredible CV.

A great performer in the ring with near perfect mic skills, Owens has the ability to carry forward a story with perfection. Add to the fact his volatile nature and heelish acts, the Hardcore title would have looked good on the shoulders.

We all know how he loves to take things to the extreme, be it delivering powerbombs on the ring apron or plunging on top of his opponents with the Frog Splash.

At the moment, Owens seems to be a bit stuck as he is not involved in any major feuds with the top stars on the roster, the Hardcore Championship could have given him the platform to be involved in some high-profile tussles with some of the top stars.
