Yes, Cody Rhodes was indeed one of the casualties in the gruesome Firing Squad beatdown at The G1 Specials in the US and he is also one of the most prominent members of The Bullet Club Elite, but that doesn't mean that 'The American Nightmare' isn't capable of continuing with his own mind games in this BC Civil War.

Cody's heated feud with Kenny Omega is certainly one the purest examples' of the heel-ish mannerisms the former is capable of and seeing him compete as a babyface definitely doesn't sit well with a particular portion of the NJPW audience.

With that being said, Cody joining The Firing Squad at some point in the future will be huge swerve in this on-going BC Civil War, given the fact that the former ROH World Champion initially turned down Tama Tonga's offer to join The Firing Squad at the Cow Palace.
