Yes, the reports suggest that Brock Lesnar signed for just two shows after his return to the WWE, and that the second match will be at Royal Rumble. But, there is a chance that Lesnar could make it at TLC to hype his potential match against Braun Strowman at Royal Rumble.
The stipulation set by Stephanie McMahon is that if Braun Strowman defeats Baron Corbin at TLC, he will get a shot at Brock Lesnar's Universal title at Royal Rumble.
If Strowman does return from his injury, it is quite certain that The Monster Among Men will defeat Corbin at the last PPV of the year. Lesnar could maybe come to the ring after the match and attack Strowman to send him a signal.
Lesnar's appearance at TLC will be one of the biggest surprises of the night, considering how he is rumoured to not feature at the show.
