5 Superstars who deserve to win the first ever Women's Battle Royal at Wrestlemania

<p>

With WrestleMania right around the corner, speculation is rampant as to who will be winning the matches. And, with the first ever Women's Battle Royal announced for Wrestlemania, it would be a great oppurtunity for the ladies to make a mark.

Here is out list on who should come out victorious in this match:

#5 Natalya

Natalya

Natalya is the most experienced woman on the SmackDown roster and for a Superstar who has been on the roster for 11 years, her list of accomplishments is not very long. A former Women's Champion and one-time Diva's Champion, she will look to win the first ever Women's battle royal to cement her legacy in WWE.

After her reign as the SmackDown Women's Champion ended last year, Natalya has been involved in a lackluster feud with Becky Lynch and Naomi that seems to be heading nowhere.

Natalya has the reputation being one of the most helpful people backstage when it comes to helping out newcomers so a win at Wrestlemania could be a token of appreciation for her hardwork and dedication over the years for WWE.

#4 Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch was the first ever SmackDown Live Women's Champion. Unfortunately for her, she has accomplished absolutely nothing noteworthy after that. She has been stuck in a bit of rut as of late and it would be a good way to rejuvenate her career and bring her into relevance if she wins the Wrestlemania Rumble.

She was a part of the four horsewomen of NXT which included Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch, and Bailey. A lot was expected from these 4 women when they made their debut on the main roster but things haven't gone the way they would have wanted for Becky and Bailey as they have been relegated to the lower card as of late.

#3 Shayna Baszler

Shayna is a former UFC fighter and made her switch from MMA to pro-wrestling in 2015 when she joined the promotion called SHIMMER. She is the only certified catch wrestler in the USA which is a huge achievement, and this is sure to help her succeed in the WWE.

With the focus of this year's WrestleMania being on her longtime friend and another former MMA fighter-- Ronda Rousey, it is indeed possible that the WWE decides to give Shayna a win at the first ever Women's Battle Royal, solidifying her position as NXT's baddest woman.

#2 Bayley

Bay
Bayley

One of the most popular Superstars in NXT history, Bailey has been unable to capitalize on her momentum in NXT after being called up to the main roster. A lot of it can be blamed on the poor manner in which the WWE creative has booked her.

One of the reasons Bayley was a fan-favorite in NXT was because of the relatability of her character and being an underdog. However, she won the RAW Women's Championship almost as soon as she debuted on RAW. A lacklustre championship run led to the fans losing interest.

Although Bayley and Sasha have been involved in a rivalry as of late, the two women are not getting a singles match at Wrestlemania so a great way to continue the feud would have Bayley win the battle royale.

#1 Sasha Banks

Sash
Sasha Banks

Sasha Banks is a former 4-time Women's Champion, and yet she does not have a singles match at Wrestlemania. Although many fans believed that Bayley and Sasha will get a one-on-one match against each other at Wrestlemania, it looks like both these ladies will instead be a part of the first ever Women's Battle Royal.

Sasha has been part of many of the "First time ever" gimmick matches for the Women of WWE including the first ever Hell in a Cell match, Royal Rumble match and the Elimination Chamber match but hasn't been able to win any of those. So this is a good chance for her to finally enter her name in the history books by winning this first time ever match at WrestleMania.
