#3 Ruby Riott

Ruby Riott, who has been a prominent member of the women's division in the last few years, made her return to WWE on the 4 February edition of RAW. It looked like she would reunite with her former Riott Squad teammate, Liv Morgan on the Red brand but, unfortunately, Riott turned her back on Morgan and attacked her.

On the Road to WrestleMania 36, the NXT graduate took part in an Elimination Chamber match where she competed against Morgan, Natalya, Asuka, Shayna Baszler and Sarah Logan to become the new #1 contender for the RAW Women's Championship. Baszler won that match by eliminating all the other female Superstars.

Since then, the creative team has not used Ruby much on TV. Had the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal been a part of the match card this year, Riott could have featured on the show. But, as mentioned, the company has nixed the Battle Royals from this year's event.

Therefore, Ruby Riott, who returned in a little over a month ago, will likely watch WrestleMania 36 from home.
