At #3 on the list, we have none other than The Shenom herself- Ember Moon. On April, 9th 2018, we witnessed the official main roster debut of Ember as she made her first appearance on Raw to team up with Nia Jax to take on Alexa Bliss & Mickie James in a match where Ember & Nia were able to come out on top.

The fact of the matter is, Ember has yet to receive a one on one shot at the Raw Women's Championship. She is the strongest female superstar on the Raw roster today when it comes to in-ring abilities. Ember also arguably has the best finisher on the Raw roster, as The Eclipse (Diving Corkscrew Stunner) is a beautiful sight to see when executed to perfection.

Ember has already made a name for herself over on NXT, where she has been the NXT Women's Champion. Whilst her reign wasn't entirely memorable, she has proven that she could have fantastic matches as we've seen in her feud with Shayna Baszler. The War Goddess' rivalry with Baszler was booked very well, and this is another indication that Ember could have a great feud with Ronda Rousey if the rivalry was booked right.

If Ember was to win the Royal Rumble match, she could also continue her rivalry with Asuka over on Smackdown- but that's only if she chose to face Asuka for the Smackdown Women's Championship. Ember & Asuka have had multiple wars over on NXT, and the fact that Ember has never beaten Asuka could be the key to making this captivating rivalry translate onto the main roster efficiently.
