Rusev has been a part of WWE ever since 2014. Although a former 2-time US Champion, it can be argued that WWE have never used him to his full potential.

Rusev was booked like an unstoppable force after his debut, going on a 146-days undefeated streak which was broken by John Cena; putting a halt to his momentum. Rusev has never really been able to get that momentum back up until recently when he was paired with Aiden English as a part of a comedy Tag Team.
Rusev has been highly entertaining as of late and the fans have taken a great liking to his latest gimmick of "Rusev Day". With momentum on his side and the WWE Universe firmly behind him, this might be the year Rusev becomes a Top Superstar.
